Orders will only be taken during these hours:
– Monday ~ Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm
– Delivery is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Orders confirmed are non-refundable.
Orders submitted via Internet will be followed up by a phone call from HIEW to confirm the status of the order.
Deliveries in Singapore only. An additional delivery charge of SGD$25 is applicable to deliveries made to Sentosa and Jurong Island.
A surcharge of SGD$30 will be imposed for every redirection and second attempt delivery.
Hospital deliveries – please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
HIEW reserves the right to substitute flowers, materials and/or gift items of equivalent value in the event that the flowers, materials and/ or gift items featured is/are unavailable at the time of ordering. All items featured on this Website represent the types of gifts HIEW offers and may vary depending upon availability and season.
